I focus on infrastructure, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, competition and anti-trust, corporate structuring transactions, joint ventures and strategic collaborations, debt financing transactions and commercial contracts. I have been actively advising in transactions pertaining to equity/debt financings in various start-ups, accelerators, e-commerce companies, manufacturing and services companies.

I have also advised various clients in cross border transactions focused on acquisitions and joint ventures. I have transactional practice which inter alia includes advice to private equity funds and investee companies on structuring of transactions; negotiating and finalisation of transaction documents; entry and exit strategies; and foreign exchange regulations and the regulations pertaining to applicable to pertinent sector.

I have significant experience in banking and finance related work including but not limited to advice to banks and NBFCs on loan documents, conducting due diligence, enforcement of security, etc.

I have widely advised various clients in Defence sector, offset, technical collaborations, etc. I have also advised clients in relation to various approvals and permission required for conducting its operations such as FIPB (erstwhile), industrial license, etc.
