Experience

I focus on infrastructure, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, competition and anti-trust, corporate structuring transactions, joint ventures and strategic collaborations, debt financing transactions and commercial contracts. I have been actively advising in transactions pertaining to equity/debt financings in various start-ups, accelerators, e-commerce companies, manufacturing and services companies.

I have also advised various clients in cross-border transactions focused on acquisitions and joint ventures. My transactional practice includes advice to private equity funds and investee companies on structuring of transactions; negotiating and finalising transaction documents; entry and exit strategies; and foreign exchange regulations and the regulations applicable to the pertinent sector.

I have significant experience in banking and finance related work including advice to banks and NBFCs on loan documents, conducting due diligence, and enforcement of security. I have widely advised clients in the Defence sector, offset, and technical collaborations, and in relation to various approvals and permissions required for conducting operations such as FIPB (erstwhile) and industrial licences.
