Sandeep is qualified as a Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (February 2009). He has a very wide range of experience in relation to Corporate Laws, the Foreign Exchange Management Act, RBI-related statutes and regulations, the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, and SEBI-related laws and regulations.
He has successfully represented various clients before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, the National Company Law Tribunal and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal. He has chaired many seminars and conclaves on various aspects concerning the Companies Act, 2013 and RBI regulations.
